The DEWALTÆ 7-inch 8,500 4.9 HP Angle Grinder combines a multitude of technologies to enhance grinding capabilities.
Its 15-Amp motor runs at a maximum of 8,500 RPM to get jobs done quickly.
This particular angle grinder is a part of the Perform and Protect line of tools, giving it unique control and vibration features.
The 7-inch grinder's Power-Loss ResetÆ control feature prevents unintentional re-starts due to power disruptions as a result of the tool being left in the on position.
The anti-vibe trigger handle reduces vibration and user fatigue.
Avoid overloading or burn-ups with the Power-OffÆ overload protection feature which electronically turns off the device on its own when necessary.
In addition to a high power 8,500 RPM motor, this angle grinder has the Dust Ejection System, which ejects harmful particles that get inside the tool and can damage the motor and internal components.
The Dust Ejection System also extends brush life.
