Order Processing & Shipping Times
All orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. If there are any unexpected delays, our customer service team will contact you via email with an update on your order status.
Courier Times & Remote Areas
Courier delivery times may vary depending on your location and the courier service provider. While we aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible, please be aware that shipping times may be longer for remote or regional areas. For more accurate delivery times, please refer to your tracking link once your order has shipped.
During peak periods (Easter, Christmas and public holidays) deliveries may take longer. Unfortunately, specific delivery dates or times are not offered by couriers.
Shipping & Delivery

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link to monitor its progress.

If you are not available when the courier attempts delivery, you will need to follow the instructions on the tracking link to arrange collection or redelivery.

If you require a signature upon delivery, please select this option at checkout. Otherwise, parcels may be left in a safe location at the courier’s discretion.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs vary based on location and order size. The exact shipping fee will be calculated at checkout.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We will only be able to accept orders with residential or corporate addresses (No PO box addresses). We are not responsible for lost or undelivered parcels due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Domestic Shipping Only
We currently do not offer international shipping. All orders are shipped within the USA and we do not process orders for delivery outside the country.
Delays & Issues
While we strive to meet our estimated shipping times, delays may occasionally occur due to external factors such as courier delays, weather disruptions, or high order volumes. If your order is significantly delayed, our team will notify you via email.
Lost or Damaged Orders
In the unlikely event that your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the tracking information. We will work with you to resolve the issue and ensure your satisfaction.
Order Modifications & Cancellations
Once an order is placed, we are unable to modify or cancel it once it has been processed for shipment. Please review your order carefully before completing the checkout process.
If any changes are made to the order after processing, this may affect the initial shipping deadlines, order value and could result in a delay in shipment.
Am I able to collect my order from the warehouse?
As we have multiple warehouses locally, we are unable to currently facilitate pick up service.
Once you provide us with your relevant delivery information we will make sure to deliver it to your doorstep at our earliest.
Receiving Multiple Packages? Here’s Why
If your order contains multiple items or a higher quantity of a single item, we may ship them from different locations based on availability to ensure faster delivery. As a result, your order may arrive in multiple packages. However, there will be no additional shipping costs for these separate shipments.
You will receive tracking details for each package once they are dispatched.

Orders with large or heavy items are shipped via a freight carrier and may arrive separately from smaller items in your order.
Delivery Time & Requirements

Please allow 7-10 business days for freight shipments.

A signature is required upon delivery. Before signing, carefully inspect the shipment for any damages or missing items. If you notice any issues, contact customer support before signing the freight bill.

Some products will require special equipment for offloading, such as forklifts or telehandlers. Please arrange this with the freight carrier prior to delivery.
