Shipping Policy

ORDER PROCESSING: Please allow 24-48 hours to process your order.

We will send you an email once your order is dispatched to let you know it is on the way!

Please note that we have multiple warehouses located across the country and in some cases multiple items maybe dispatched separately from different locations.

 

DELIVERY: Currently we ship to the lower 48 states only. We are also unable to delivery to PO Boxes, APO/FPOs, U.S. territories, and Canada or other countries.

Most orders are shipped via FedEx where possible, however private delivery drivers may be used in the event that the item is too bulky or the delivery location is located in a remote area.

Please note that some bulky items or heavy equipment may require a Lift Gate delivery service and/or forklift to accept the item at the point of delivery. In which case we will contact you to advise prior to your order being shipped. 

Most orders will arrive within 7 business days from the time of dispatch.

A signature will be required upon delivery, please inspect the shipment for any damages and shortages immediately upon delivery.

It is the customers responsibility to verify the condition of the merchandise that you receive and are happy with its condition. In the event of a problem, please contact us before signing the freight bill.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@tools.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

 

SHIPPING RATES: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

These are based on your orders weight and delivery postcode.

For some bulky items or heavy equipment a Lift Gate delivery service may be required and incur an additional charge. We will contact your prior to dispatch to discuss your particular delivery options on bulk items or heavy equipment.

Shipping and handling rates and times are subject to change without notice.

 

STORE PICKUP: We are an online business only and do not provide a pickup service.

 

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS: Occasionally we may have to backorder an item that is on your order. We will automatically ship the item to you as soon as we receive it.

When an order is placed we will charge the total amount of the order.
