With multiple warehouses based across the USA, you can rest assured that you have access to an extensive range of the best tools and construction equipment available.



Order processing

Upon placing your order please allow 48 hours for it to be processed and dispatched.

We will email you once your order has been dispatched to let you know it is on the way!

Most in-stock items are generally dispatched within 4 business days from our closest warehouse to your delivery address with available stock. 

In some cases, multiple items may be dispatched separately from different locations.

Some bulky or specialist items may get sent directly from the manufacturer and, therefore, are subject to a longer delivery timeframe. If so, we will advise you of the expected ETA once you place your order.

Whilst we do everything possible to ensure all products advertised on tools.com are in stock, occasionally, an item may sell out prior to our stock levels being updated.

If this is the case, we will contact you as soon as possible and your choice of; a suitable alternative, a full refund, or, we can create a backorder for the item.

If we cannot contact you via phone or email within a reasonable timeframe concerning your order, a full refund will be issued via the original payment method.



Shipping

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

These are based on your orders weight and delivery postcode.

For some bulky items or heavy equipment, a lift gate delivery service may be required, and an additional charge may be incurred. We will contact your prior to dispatch to discuss your particular delivery options on bulk items or heavy equipment.

Shipping and handling rates and times are subject to change without notice.

STORE PICKUP: We are an online business only and do not provide a pickup service.



Delivery

Most orders are shipped via FedEx or UPS where possible. However, private delivery drivers may be used if the item is too bulky or the delivery location is in a remote area.

Currently we ship to the lower 48 states only. We can also not deliver to PO Boxes, APO/FPOs, U.S. territories, and Canada or other countries.

In cases some bulky items or heavy equipment may require a Lift Gate delivery service and/or forklift to accept the item at the point of delivery. In this case, we will contact you to advise you prior to your order being shipped. 

A signature will be required upon delivery, please inspect the shipment for any damages and shortages immediately upon delivery.

It is the customer's responsibility to verify the condition of the merchandise you receive and ensure that you are happy with its condition. If there is a problem, please contact us before signing the freight bill.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@tools.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
