But our hinged lid was intentionally designed to open 45∞ to the right, preventing the user from reaching directly over the hot cooking surface.

Our dual zone burner system delivers balanced heat across the heavy duty grate to prevent Äúhot spotsÄù.

The Element F21CH boasts a total of 22,000 BTU/hr which can easily be adjusted for direct or indirect grilling with a push-and-turn control knob.
