The Irwin bar clamp has 18 inches of reach with a throat depth of 3 inches.
Its I-beam clamping bar won't twist or bow under pressure, and its stationary clamp is rivet-secured.
Longer sliding-clamp clutch plates on the 18-inch bar clamp provide more bite on the bar, and a durable metal clutch lock keeps materials securely in place for the length of the clamp.
The clutch lock also releases the clamp smoothly without back pressure.
The clutch lock bar has a ProTouchô handle with a soft, ergonomic grip that's oversize to give you more leverage and control when clamping down materials.
