Intelligently designed, the DEWALTÆ 7" 8,500 rpm 4.9 HP Angle Grinder with No-Lock Switch has a powerful motor that offers 8500 revolutions per minutes and has overload protection to prevent the motor from overheating.
A number of the DEWALT Perform and Protect control features are in action on this tool, including a Power-OffÆ shut off when power is shut down, preventing unexpected restarts when power is restored, an E-ClutchÆ automatic shut off when the brushes need replacing, and a shut off when wheel pinch is sensed, which prevent kick back.
The quick-change guard allows you to redirect sparks from the DEWALT angle grinder away from sensitive areas.With a lightweight frame at 12.3 pounds, the 7-inch angle grinder has a dust ejection system for increased motor life, keeping dust and debris away from the sensitive motor.
With lessened vibration for user comfort, the DEWALT 7-inch 8500 rpm 4.9 HP angle grinder is easy to hold and grip.
